Refund policy

  • If you receive a damaged product from our end, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

    Returns are accepted only for damaged items.

    To be eligible for a return, please provide:

    * The item in its original condition with seal tag attached
    * Original packaging
    * Proof of purchase / receipt
    * An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
    * Clear photos of the damage

    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 72 hours. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

    For orders placed using our Partial COD option, a small advance payment is collected at checkout to confirm the order and cover processing, packaging, and shipping-related costs.

    If an order is refused, not accepted, or returned after delivery attempts by our courier partner, the advance payment will not be refunded.

    By selecting the Partial COD payment option, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
