Return & Replacement Policy
What is the return policy?
- If you receive a damaged product from our end, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, please provide:
* The item in its original condition with seal tag attached
* Original packaging
* Proof of purchase / receipt
* An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
* Clear photos of the damage
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 72 hours. It may take 5โ7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note:
- Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, clearance events, or special discount campaigns are not eligible for return or refund request.
- The product goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
What is the replacement policy?
- If you receive a damaged product from our end, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges are also accepted if:
* You received the wrong product.
* The size doesnโt fit.
To request an exchange, please provide:

* Original packaging
* Proof of purchase / receipt

* Clear photos clearly showing the issue

Exchange requests are subject to verification of the product condition and stock availability.

CLOVRE reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions or where the required documentation is not provided.
