What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay - UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking,
and wallets. Partial COD (Partial Cash on Delivery) is also available.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our end. Once
shipped, we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel, reach out to us immediately at
clovre.official@gmail.com with your order details.
I placed an order - what happens next?
Once your order is confirmed, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. You'll
receive a tracking link once it's on its way.
Why do I need to pay an advance amount for Partial COD?
To confirm your order, we collect a small advance payment at checkout. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
The advance payment covers order processing, packaging, and shipping-related costs and is therefore non-refundable if the order is refused, not accepted, or returned after delivery attempts.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is
also available at checkout for faster turnaround.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via your registered email. You can use that to follow your shipment in real time through our delivery partner, Delhivery.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. If there's a pin code serviceability issue in your area, our team will
reach out to you directly.
SIZING
How do I find the right size?
All our tees are oversized with a relaxed, boxy fit. A size chart is available on every product
page with chest and length measurements in inches. Here's a quick reference for our Drop 2.0
tees:
· S — Chest: 40 in / Length: 27 in
· M — Chest: 42 in / Length: 27.5 in
· L — Chest: 44 in / Length: 28 in
· XL — Chest: 46 in / Length: 28.5 in
How should I measure myself?
Two measurements matter:
· Chest — measure from the stitches below the armpits on one side to the other.
· Length — measure from where the shoulder seam meets the collar down to the hem.
The size I want is sold out. Will it restock?
Clovre operates on a limited drop model. Once a size is gone, it's gone — we don't do restocks
as a rule. Keep an eye on our Instagram @clovre.in for announcements about future
drops.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy?
- If you receive a damaged product from our end, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, please provide:
* The item in its original condition with seal tag attached
* Original packaging
* Proof of purchase / receipt
* An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
* Clear photos of the damage
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 72 hours. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note: The product goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
What is your exchange / replacement policy?
- If you receive a damaged product from our end, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges are also accepted if:
* You received the wrong product.
* The size doesn’t fit.
To request an exchange, please provide:
* The item in its original condition with seal tag attached
* Original packaging
* Proof of purchase / receipt
* An unboxing video
* Clear photos clearly showing the issue

What if my return is rejected?
Every product goes through multiple quality checks before it ships. Returns that don't meet the eligibility criteria [unworn, original tags intact, within the 5-day window] — will not be accepted.
When in doubt, reach out before sending anything back.
